Salmonids in the Classroom

Salmonoids We are proud to support the Department of Fisheries and Oceans in their efforts to provide education on salmonid enhancement and conservation in the schools.

Centre Programs

Watch our website for new educational programs at the centre. We`re planning a Rivers Day event in September, and our school tours are always popular in the spring and fall.

The Quatse Salmon Stewardship Centre is just minutes from the airport, ferry, and downtown Port Hardy. We are located at 8400 Byng Road, next to the Quatse River Regional Park and Campground. The Salmon Centre is a must-see on your next visit to Northern Vancouver Island!
